We get to be in a Wedding

So something big in our family happened. My sister got MARRIED!! Part of this besides being a beautiful day started with an odd conversation. In talking with my sister and discussing wedding planning as she had asked me to be her MOH. I was asking about the who she wanted as her flower girl and ring bearer. She hummed and hawed abut this as she didn’t feel she had anyone close to her and a lot of their friends didn’t have kids yet. I jokingly volunteered the dogs and funny enough that’s just what ended up happening. So on a very hot day in July the girls walked down the aisle with me. They were well behaved and did their jobs perfectly, where it was so hot they only walked down once and were put back into the air conditioning, and then came back out for a couple pictures. It was very humid and hot, so not the most comfortable day for black dogs. They enjoyed being apart of her day though and it was a beautiful wedding, and glad we got to be apart of it.
